Lean meat soup

Ingredients: two snow pears, 200g lean meat, 15g the north and the south apricots, 7.5g Chinese ephedras, three candied dates and some rock candy
Production methods:
1.     Cut the snow pear into 4 pieces, only remove the heart and the core, without going to the skin.
2.     Put water moderately and all the ingredients together in the pot, which cook almost 3 hours, and then add some rock candy, cooking again 5 minutes. So you can enjoy it.
