　　5、忌盐会影响孩子电解质平衡和生长发育，但大部分中国宝宝确实口味偏“咸”，这也不好。目前国际推荐的4-8岁健康儿童每天钠摄入1.2克，超过8岁儿童为每天1.5克，但我国儿童每天摄入钠含量远远高于这一标准。所以不要给1岁以内的小宝宝食物中添加盐，对于大宝宝也应该尽量制作清淡饮食。

　　6、有肾脏病的儿童，在使用激素和免疫抑制剂期间，如接种计划免疫内的疫苗时则应延长接种时间(一般应在症状缓解或停用激素或免疫抑制剂半年后进行)。但如被猫狗咬伤等，则狂犬疫苗仍然必须尽早接种。
