Kidney is innate of this, if you feel very tired recently, it is likely to encounter a "kidney", measured to see:
1. hair yellow, shampoo when hair loss
2. often feel back pain, general weakness
3. sleep well or often dream
4. Wind, cold, more obvious in winter
5. walking long or upstairs often feel weak legs
6. often dizziness, tinnitus
7. memory significantly decreased, inattention
8. Urinary frequency urgency, nocturia increased
If you have more than 1-2 kinds of symptoms, indicating that the kidney has issued an alarm, "kidney" to start raising
